随着经济和社会发展，世界对能源的需求越来越大，油气资源勘探开发技术的发展以及油气地质人才的培养显得至关重要。为了推动高校青年师生的学术交流，加强油气地质行业人才培养，自2016年起，成都理工大学AAPG学生分会与西南石油大学AAPG学生分会发起的高校联合学术交流会已连续成功举办五届。为扩大学术交流范围，提升学术交流成果，AAPG成都研究中心与四川省石油学会地质勘探专业委员会，依托油气藏地质及开发工程国家重点实验室和四川省页岩气勘探开发工程实验室,联合中国西部地区高校，拟定于2021年11月19日至21日举办以“油气地质创新方法与实践”为主题的高校青年师生学术交流会，热烈欢迎相关专家，老师及同学前来参会!

The World’s Demand of energy is increasing according to the development of economy and society, which is very important to develop technology ofoil and gas exploration and train talents on oil and gas geology. In order to promote academic exchanges between young teachers and students in universities and strengthen the cultivation of talents in oil and gas geology industry, since 2016, the Joint Academic Workshop between AAPG Student Chapter of Southwest Petroleum University and AAPG Student Chapter of Chengdu University of Technology have been successfully held for five years. For this purpose, based on the support of State Key Laboratory of Oil and Gas Reservoir Geology and Exploitation, Natural Gas Geology Key Laboratory of Sichuan Province and Shale Gas Exploration and Exploitation Engineering Laboratory of Sichuan Province, the AAPG Chengdu Research Center, China and Sichuan Petroleum Society unite universities in western China to promote the influence and achievements of academic exchanges, there is an academic Workshop will be held on November 19 to 21, 2021, which is Innovative and Practices in Petroleum Geology. Warmly welcome relevant experts, teachers and students to attend the Workshop!

六、会议日程 (Workshop Agenda)

2021年11月19日外地参会代表报道；

2021年11月20日上午在成都理工大学国际学术报告厅举行开幕式后，邀请特邀专家报告（多媒体20分钟），然后进行会场学生报告（多媒体10分钟）；

The opening ceremony will be held at the International Academic Conference Hall, Chengdu University of Technology on November20, 2021, with a special invitation for 30 minutes and then students’ reports (10 minutes for multimedia)；

2021年11月20日下午在成都理工大学国际学术报告厅举行闭幕式暨颁奖典礼

The closing ceremony (awarding ceremony) will be held at the International Academic Conference Hall, Chengdu University of Technology on November 21, 2021.

七、会议费用(Workshop Fees)

无参会与注册费用No Attendance and Registration Fees

成都以外地区参会代表食宿与交通费用自理Responsible for your own accommodation and transportation

八、交流形式(Workshop Principles & Forms)

1.大会语言使用汉语和英语.

Chinese and English will be used in the Workshop.

2.大会设特邀报告、口头报告、展板等不同类型的交流和报告形式。

Different formsof communication and reporting including invited reports, oral presentationsand exhibition posters, etc.

3.大会将印发《2021年AAPG西部地区高校青年研讨会会议手册》（电子版），供会议代表参考使用，国际报告可通过腾讯会议在线参加，国内可现场报告。

The First AAPG University Joint Academic Workshop Handbook (electronic version) will be published for the reference of delegates. The international report can be participated by TencentMeetingZOOM online, but the domestic report can only be presented at the venue.

4.会议向参会并作报告的人员颁发参会证书，向优秀论文作者颁发奖状。

The Workshop will award certificate of attendance to those who attend and give a report, and the corresponding certificate to outstanding papers.
