2010-present, President of Seismik, s.r.o., Leading Researcher at IRSM ASCR
2010-2014 Purkyne Fellow at Institute of Rock Mechanics and Structure, Academy of
Sciences of the CR and Geophysical Advisor to Microseismic Inc, Prague, Czech
Republic;
2008-2010 Chief Geophysicist (from 2009) Head of the Development department,
Microseismic Inc, Houston, USA
2001-2007 Senior Research Scientist, Schlumberger Cambridge Research (SCR),
Cambridge, UK

Research Interests:

Modeling: high frequency asymptotic methods, full waveform (mainly finite difference)
modeling in 3D heterogeneous media, inversion and uncertainty estimates, reciprocity;
Data analyses: induced seismicity, source mechanism inversion, seismic hazard
assessment, regional and local full waveform modeling, network design and optimization of monitoring.
