Dr. C.S. Chang, professor of College of Engineering, Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering, University of Massachusetts Amherst, USA. He got his Ph.D. in Soil Mechanics, University of California, Berkeley. His research areas focus on: finite element analysis and computer application in soil related problems, soil dynamics, earthquake engineering, soil constitutive relationships, geotechnical engineering, etc.
