报告人简介：
Dr. Fatmakhanu Pirbhai-Illich ，语言教育博士，毕业于加拿大英属哥伦比亚大学，任教于加拿大里贾纳大学教育学院，博士生导师。多年致力于语言与文化、应用语言学、跨文化交际学、后殖民主义等方面研究，积累了丰富的教学和科研经验，在加拿大、美国、英国学术期刊发表数十篇学术论文、出版专著多部，受邀参加国际高校学术会议并发表论文演讲40余次，主持7项国家级、省级科研项目，获得教育及相关科研奖8项，开设多门语言与文化类课程。因在教育领域取得的卓越成就，被评为2015年度里贾纳市十大女性教育先进工作者。
Dr. Fatima received her Doctor’s degree of education from Columbia University in Canada. She is currently a supervisor of ph. D students in Faculty of Education, University of Regina and teaches courses on language and culture. In addition, she has been invited to participate in international academic conferences and given paper presentations over 40 times. Dr. Fatima is committed to studies on language and culture, applied linguistics, and post-colonism, gaining rich experience in teaching and scientific research. She has published two monographs and dozens of academic papers had been in Canadian, American and British academic journals, presided over seven national and provincial scientific research projects, and has been recognized 8 research awards. Owing to her outstanding achievements in the field of education, she was on the list of Top Ten female education advanced workers in Regina in 2015.
